All vehicles are refinished in VOC-compliant paint and materials while being oven-baked in a modern Saico spray-booth. Free estimations are provided for all types of jobs! We carry out a large amount of Insurance work on a weekly basis and we can provide you with everything you need for your claim…once you have a claim reference and other minor details from your insurance company we can deal with the rest! A courtesy car is available on request and we also provide good advice on issues such as liability, excess and vehicle depreciation etc. During some repairs, specialist services other than body work are also required. and many more. Chassis Re-alignment:Some vehicles with more serious damage often require chassis re-alignment or straightening. We have in place the necessary equipment to handle this type of work i.e. car bench, jigs, pulling clamp, hydraulic pulling arm, porta-power, MIG welder, sill clamping gear etc. Colour coding:One of the popular services we provide is the colour-coding of vehicle parts and auto-extras i.e. mirror covers, door mouldings, bumpers, grilles, fins etc. These parts are refinished to the exact colour specification of the original vehicle, giving a very effective and eye-catching addition to the vehicle. Colour Restoration:Some vehicles, after a long period of time, tend to fade slightly in colour. Red and Navy coloured cars are known to fade a lot quicker than others through sunlight exposure and strong car wash detergents. Although this type of problem cannot be rectified long-term (accept for a re-spray), it can however be rectified temporarily. By compounding the panels of the vehicle using a speed-polishing machine, followed up by a glaze and a wax, the vehicle colour will be restored and can continue to look fresh providing a regular coat of wax is applied. Bumpers and Plastics:Quite often a small accident may only cause slight damage to the plastics of a vehicle, more often than not the bumpers. This type of damage can be anything from a scuff to a fairly minor crack or rip in the plastic. We can plastic weld and strengthen these plastic parts, fill them, prime them and finally paint them to an original finish. As well as this, we can plastic weld other parts of the vehicle i.e. headlamp brackets, grilles, mirror covers etc. Air Conditioning:An extremely useful piece of equipment on site is our Air Conditioning machine which can re-gas air con radiators in vehicles. As well as re-gassing the radiator we can locate and rectify leaks in the air con system Cladding and Panelling:On several occasions we have carried out work for major construction companies who have required us to repair and refinish cladding and panels on the outside of buildings. These have mainly been Kingspan panels and we offer a keen price for this type of work. Water leaks:Some vehicles can give problems with water leaks, frequently originating from a sunroof, door seal or other small inlets. We endeavour to find and rectify this type of problem and have a very high success rate in doing so! Miscellaneous:Apart from cars and other vehicles, we have frequently carried out our services on other various items. Examples of these include tractor parts (ploughs etc.), home radiators, model boats, brackets, PVC doors, fridge doors and more.
